Shandong Xinxu Group and ZBVI have agreed to cooperate in the joint training of Pakistani technicians and the signing ceremony was held in ZBVI on Oct. 17th. Mr. Hou Jianxin, Chairman of the Board of Shandong Xinxu Group, Mr. Yang Zhefeng, General Manager of Shandong Huiyingtong Human Resources Company and Ms. Yang Baimei, Mr. Jiang Yilin, representatives of ZBVI, attended the ceremony and signed the Agreement on the Joint Training Program.
At the signing ceremony, Ms. Yang Beimei sincerely made a welcome speech to the distinguished guests on behalf of ZBVI, briefly introduced the institute and the development of its international communications and education in recent years. Mr. Yang Zhefeng, General Manager of Shandong Huiyingtong Human Resources Company, demonstrated their Overseas Talent Training Project and the great demand of Chinese-speaking talents in the Belt-and-Road related countries. Mr. Hou Jianxin, Chairman of the Board of Shandong Xinxu Group, introduced the development of their company and business, emphasizing the necessity for training its local staff in Pakistan and India.
According to the agreement, ZBVI will carry out the training program for Shandong Xinxu Group with the goal of“cultivating Chinese sentiment, grasping professional expertise and cross-culture communicative abilities”. Totally 60 trainees in three successive groups will study Chinese, electronics, Chinese culture and other related courses in ZBVI for 2 years. The first group of 10 students from Pakistan will arrive in Zibo this December.
ZBVI has always been giving priority to its International Cooperation and Education programs with the vision of“Developing the first-class world-oriented education”. In the past several years, more than 500 students from 17 countries have studied in ZBVI and many of them have been employed by some Chinese and local companies in the Belt-and-Road related countries. Without any doubt, this joint training program will be another“triple win”project.
